規則：在泰國連續停留超過90天，需向移民局報到一次。每次報到後，計時從頭開始。Rule: If you stay in Thailand continuously for more than 90 days, you must report to immigration once. After each report, the 90-day timer resets.
誰不需要擔心：如果您每1至2個月有出境（無論時間長短），計時自動重置，完全不觸發報到義務。大多數往來台灣、香港、新加坡的老闆通常不會觸發。Who doesn't need to worry: If you leave Thailand even briefly every 1–2 months, the counter resets. Most Taiwan/HK/Singapore-based business owners won't trigger it.
報到方式：官方提供線上申請（Thailand Privilege Card 會員入口）；或前往曼谷、芭提雅、普吉島、清邁的移民局服務點辦理。LAVIDA 可協助全程。How to report: Online via the Thailand Privilege Card member portal, or at immigration offices in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chiang Mai. LAVIDA can assist throughout.
可開戶銀行：曼谷銀行（Bangkok Bank）、泰國匯商銀行（SCB）和開泰銀行（Kasikorn Bank，又稱KBank）。三家均支援美元帳戶及網路銀行。Banks available: Bangkok Bank, SCB (Siam Commercial Bank), and Kasikorn Bank (KBank). All three support USD accounts and internet banking.
所需文件（一般情況）：護照正本、泰國特權卡會員證明、居住地址證明（酒店入住確認或租約）。Documents generally required: Original passport, Thailand Privilege Card membership confirmation, proof of Thai address (hotel confirmation or lease).
為什麼重要：沒有工作簽的外籍人士在泰國開戶極為困難。特權卡會員資格是目前最合規、最直接的方式之一。Why it matters: Opening a Thai bank account without a work permit is extremely difficult for foreigners. Privilege Card membership is one of the most compliant and direct routes available.
基本規則：一個日曆年內在泰國累計停留不超過180天，即不被視為泰國稅務居民，境外收入無需向泰國申報或繳稅。Basic rule: Spend fewer than 180 days in Thailand in a calendar year and you are not a Thai tax resident. Foreign-sourced income is not subject to Thai income tax.

特權卡每次入境可在泰國停留最長20年（從入境日算起）。如因特殊情況需要，會員仍可於到期前向移民局申請延期（Stay Extension）。泰國特權卡官方客服及 LAVIDA 均可協助辦理。Each entry allows a stay of up to 20 years from the date of arrival. Should a Stay Extension ever be required, Thailand Privilege Card official support and LAVIDA can both assist with the application at immigration.
Platinum 及以上套餐持有人可透過積分兌換泰國駕照辦理服務，由官方協助在曼谷陸路運輸廳（Land Transport Department）辦理泰國駕驶執照，無需自行應付繁複程序。Platinum and above members can redeem Privilege Points for the Thai driving licence service. Officials assist at the Bangkok Land Transport Department — no need to navigate the process alone.
